The downstairs unit...

meant to take pictures as soon as we got it, but we've been moving pretty fast:

old carpet is gone

a variety of nails and things have been removed from walls

new windows are in

bathroom is gutted, reframed, and rough electrical and plumbing are in

stairway has been drywall patched (a LOT)

in the garage we've ripped out a room, added plywood sheeting, and are in the process of painting

and we've added an electrical subpanel in the garage as well
